“Let’s think of nature as a big room. Nature is a room you know you’ll have to leave some day, most likely not by choice”. Heather Phillipson’s hallucinatory video put the goat in the goat boat explores endless declinations of nature—natural, naturing, finding a better nature, the nature construction, nature on loan, nature’s lack of nudity...—while revealing humanity’s ambiguous relationship to it.

The film is a tribute to an architectural gem that has housed Oslo with books since 1933 - the Deichmansk main library. In a playful mix with the movement of light and the detail of the room, we travel around the whole house. With quiet movements we take a walk through the library's familiar and unfamiliar rooms from basement to loft. The film is a tribute to the library as a meeting place for everyone.

A short, incomplete story about Danish kings, royal trees, democracy and beech trees, as well as their entwined connection to wild weeds, Abraham Lincoln, neighborhood rules in Houston, and more. The music, composed and sung by Emilý Æyer, references a 1828 play by Friedrich Kuhlau titled Elve’s Hill, the Danish national anthem by Hans Ernst Krøyer (1835), as well as music by the royal composer Heinrich Schütz (1600s) interrupted by made-up speech and experimental sounds.

The story of a film "Commission" starts in Georgia at some unknown point of time where a heroic, mythical female character has written a book which is being delivered by a courier (the artist herself) to three powerful women. The content of a book is hidden within an existing book – "The Knight in the Panther's Skin" written by Medieval Georgian poet Shota Rustaveli who dedicated the book to 12th century Queen Tamar who at the time brought prosperity and many social changes in the country. Being used as a secret shell or a reference to female power from the past, the freshly embedded content of a book serves as manifesto to the women who haven’t been equally appreciated due to history books still being written from male perspective. The book offers alternative gaze to a world history which can exist only in utopian science-fiction film commissioned and executed by females only.
