After a serious traffic accident, Ms. Küppers’ car is found abandoned at the scene, while a pedestrian is fighting for his life. Has the otherwise conscientious chief actually committed a hit-and-run? Lukas Petersen (Patrick Abozen) can’t believe it and, together with Bente Hinrichs (Sinha Melina Gierke) and the team, begins searching for the truth. The trail leads far beyond the events of the night of the accident, right into a web of lies, power, and violence.
